倾斜摄影测量在征收前期房屋面积测算中的应用

摘  要:针对目前征收地块内存量房屋面积实测工作效率低、实施成本高、隐蔽性不够等问题,本文提出无人机倾斜摄影辅助征收地块内房屋面积测算的方法,从倾斜摄影、三维数据处理、图件制作、征收资金评估等方面进行研究,并对三维模型和房屋矢量成果进行精度评定,结果表明,三维模型平面中误差为4.2 cm,高程中误差为4.5 cm,图解房角点中误差为4.8 cm,图解房屋边长中误差为3.2 cm,图解房屋面积较差小于城市商品房二级精度面积限差,在案例中检测的各项精度均符合国家标准规范要求,因此该方法用于征收地块内存量房屋面积测算是可行的。In response to current issues such as low efficiency,high implementation costs,and insufficient concealment in the actual measurement of existing house areas within expropriated land plots,this paper proposes a method using unmanned aerial vehicle(UAV)oblique photography to assist in the calculation of house areas within these plots.The study encompasses aspects such as oblique photography,3D data processing,map production,and assessment of expropriation funds.It also includes an accuracy evaluation of the 3D models and house vector results.The findings indicate that the horizontal error of the 3D model is 4.2 cm,the vertical error is 4.5 cm,the corner point error in the graphic interpretation of the house is 4.8 cm,the edge length error in the graphic interpretation of the house is 3.2 cm,and the area difference in the graphic interpretation of the house is less than the secondary accuracy areal tolerance for urban commercial housing.The accuracy of all inspected items in the case study meets the requirements of national standards and specifications,therefore this method is feasible for calculating the area of houses in the expropriated land plots.
