摘 要:随着信息化时代的快速发展以及实景三维中国的全面推进,针对大范围的三维场景建设需求越来越迫切。目前,三维场景的建设主要是利用倾斜摄影方法快速实施大范围无差别地自动化倾斜Mesh模型生产,但该方式成本较高,不适用于全国范围内统一实施。本文提出了基于已有矢量数据及无人机倾斜摄影相结合构建实景三维模型的方法,按照结构化建模的思路,探索了一种快速、低成本构建大范围实景三维场景的方案,并以“智慧宜兴”项目部分宜兴测区为例,验证了该方案的可行性,为实景三维中国建设方案提供了可参考案例。With the rapid development of the informatization era and the comprehensive promotion of realistic 3D China,the demand for large-scale 3D scene construction is increasingly urgent.At present,the construction of realistic 3D scene is mainly to rapidly implement the large-scale and undifferentiated automated oblique mesh model production by using the oblique photography method,however this method is costly and is not suitable for unified implementation nationwide.This paper proposes a method to build a realistic 3D model based on the combination of existing vector data and UAV oblique photography according to the idea of structured modeling,explores a fast and low-cost scheme to build a large range of realistic 3D scene,and takes part of the Yixing survey area of the"Smart Yixing"project as an example to verify the feasibility of this scheme.It provides reference cases for the realistic 3D China construction scheme.
