摘 要:为解决砂石加工副产尾泥堆存、填埋处理带来的环境影响和资源浪费问题,本文基于“以废治废、绿色低碳”的原则,开展固废基固化剂的制备及砂石加工副产尾泥的资源化研究。本文充分研究工业固废特性,利用工业固废制备无机固化剂,系统研究了固化剂组成、掺量、水固比等对尾泥基流态固化土性能的影响。研究获得了适用于砂石加工副产尾泥的2种固化剂,并制备了抗压强度40MPa以上的流态固化土,为砂石加工副产尾泥的建材资源化利用提供了有效路径。In order to solve the problem of environmental impact and resource waste caused by the storage and landfill treat-ment of the by-product tailings mud in sand and gravel processing,based on the principle of′waste treatment,green and low carbon′,this paper carried out the preparation of solid waste-based curing agent and the resource utilization of the by-product tailings mud in sand and gravel processing.This paper fully studies the characteristics of industrial solid waste,and uses industrial solid waste to prepare inorganic curing agent.The effects of curing agent composition,dosage and water-sol-id ratio on the properties of tailings-based flow solidified soil were systematically studied.Two kinds of curing agents suit-able for the by-product tailings of sand and gravel processing were obtained,and the fluid solidified soil with compressive strength of more than 4 MPa was prepared,which provided an effective path for the resource utilization of building materials of by-product tailings of sand and gravel processing.
