摘 要:本文利用SolidWorks、SCDM以及Ansys Fluent软件对不同篦缝的篦板进行数值模拟分析,结果表明:篦板整体结构形式不变,随着篦缝由3 mm至5 mm增大,篦板的压降和篦缝处的最高流速是逐渐降低的,且降低速率呈减缓趋势;篦板上端出口气流平均速度与篦板篦缝的大小呈负线性相关关系;该种篦板内部的流体存在局部涡流现象,且跟篦缝大小无关,主要跟篦板结构有关,涡流的存在会导致篦冷机系统风机功耗的增加。In this paper,SolidWorks,SCDM and Ansys Fluent software are used to conduct numerical simulation analysis of different grate plates.The results show that the overall structure of the grate remains unchanged.With the increase of the grate gap from 3 mm to 5 mm,the pressure drop of the grate and the maximum flow rate at the grate decrease gradually,and the decreasing rate shows a slowing trend.The average flow velocity at the upper end of the grate is negatively correlated with the size of the grate gap.The fluid inside the grate has local eddy current phenomenon,which is not related to the gap of the grate,but mainly related to the grate structure.The existence of eddy current will lead to the increase of the power consumption of the fan in the grate cooling system.
