摘　　要：介绍了自溃式无铁芯永磁耦合器的工作原理、节能特点以及新一代永磁涡流柔性传动的应有特性,阐述了葛洲坝嘉鱼水泥有限公司原煤取料机使用自溃式无铁芯永磁联轴器情况,对比应用该技术前后取料机运行状态,总结使用该技术后设备运行数据,说明了自溃式永磁联轴器在取料机设备上使用后降低了设备故障率,生产连续性得到保障,设备使用寿命延长。This article introduces the working principle,energy-saving characteristics,and the expected characteristics of the new generation of permanent magnet eddy current flexible transmission of self destructing ironless permanent magnet couplings.It elaborates on the use of self destructing ironless permanent magnet couplings in the raw coal reclaimer of Ge-zhouba Jiayu Cement Co.,Ltd.,compares the operating status of the reclaimer before and after the application of this tech-nology,summarizes the equipment operating data after the use of this technology,and explains that the use of self destruct-ing permanent magnet couplings in reclaimer equipment reduces equipment failure rates,ensures production continuity,and extends equipment service life.
