摘 要:本文基于废旧纺织品替代燃料的质量控制要求,开展预处理工艺设计并针对替代燃料用废旧纺织品预处理系统中存在的输送过程中物料堵塞、喂料不稳定等问题,进行优化设计及工程化应用,确保系统稳定运行,致力于实现良好的节能减碳效果。实践证明,在入窑废旧纺织品物料质量稳定的情况下,1 t废旧纺织品可替代煤炭约0.6 t,1条5 000 t/d生产线可实现节约标准煤≥34 000 t/a,二氧化碳减排放量≥89 000 t/a。This article is based on the quality control requirements of using waste textiles as alternative fuels,and carries out pre-treatment process design to address the problems of material blockage and unstable feeding in the transportation process of the waste textile pre-treatment system for alternative fuels.Optimization design and engineering application are carried out to ensure the stable operation of the system and strive to achieve good energy-saving and carbon reduction ef-fects.Practice has proven that,with stable quality of waste textile materials entering the kiln,1 ton of waste textiles can re-place about 0.6 t of coal.A production line with a capacity of 50000 t/d can achieve a savings of standard coal of≥34000 t/y and a reduction in carbon dioxide emissions of≥890000 t/y.
