摘  要:以YC6C高速船用柴油机为研究对象,设计开发了选择性催化还原技术(SCR)和废气洗涤系统,采用STAR-CCM+软件建立SCR系统仿真模型,针对SCR系统喷雾和流程进行分析,并通过台架试验验证该系统的脱硝和脱硫能力。结果表明:通过原SCR系统反应器的结构优化可以显著改善喷雾液滴和排气的混合,从而促进尿素水溶液的蒸发和分解过程,催化器整体截面NH3分布均匀性系数可以达到0.94;在氨氮比为1.2时,SCR+废气洗涤系统的NOX转化效率最高达到94%,柴油机NOX加权比排放由原机的5.318g/(kW·h)降低至1.402g/(kW·h),可以满足IMOTier3排放标准;采用1%质量浓度的Na OH水溶液作为洗涤液,在使用硫含量为854ppm燃油的情况下,当液气比取为10.13L/m_(3)时,SCR+废气洗涤系统的脱硫效率达到81.3%,说明该系统具备达到支撑0.1%等效硫含量排放标准的能力。Based on the YC6C high-speed marine diesel engine,the SCR and exhaust gas scrubber system was developed.The effects of catalyst structures and spray on the performance of SCR system as well as the flow distribution had been evaluated based on the three-dimensional numerical model by STAR-CCM+software.Simulation results show that the structure optimization can promotes the mixing of exhaust and urea spray,and the uniformity coefficient of NH3 concentration before catalyst can reach to 0.94.In addition,experimental study was performed to investigate the denitrification and desulfurization capabilities of the SCR and exhaust gas scrubber system.Based on the testing results of engine,the NOX conversion efficiency can reach to 94%when the ammonia-nitrogen ratio was 1.2,and NOX brake specific emission decreases from 5.318 g/(kW·h)of the original to 1.402 g/(kW·h)which can meet the IMO Tier3 emission standard.Using 1%NaOH aqueous solution as the washing solution,the SOX conversion efficiency of SCR and exhaust gas scrubber system can reach to 81.3%when the liquid-gas ratio was 10.13 L/m_(3) and the sulfur content of fuel was 854 ppm.It shows that the system has the ability to meet the 0.1%equivalent sulfur content emission standard.
