摘 要:动态优化技术在复杂机械装备领域具有巨大的潜在应用价值。然而,由于动态约束处理困难、动态优化迭代计算规模庞大等限制,动态响应优化设计尚未形成理论完整、高效实用的研究体系。目前,国内外学者主要采用极端载荷下的静态优化设计、直接动态响应优化以及基于等效静态载荷法(ESLM)动态优化。这些方法只能解决简单结构的优化问题,而制约了动态响应优化技术在工程实践中的应用及发展。针对上述不足,本文以柴油机连杆为研究对象,进行了静态分析和动态分析,并以静态分析和动态分析中的最大应力为约束条件,以质量最轻为优化目标,对三种不同优化方法进行了计算。结果表明:极端工况下的静态优化设计由于未考虑结构质量和惯性的影响,优化精度较低;两种动态优化结果相比于静态优化,优化效果提高了3.1%,而且基于等效静态载荷法的动态响应优化计算时间远小于直接动态优化,仅为直接动态优化的1.4%。上述研究可为复杂机械结构的动态响应优化设计提供有益的借鉴和指导。Dynamic optimization technology has great potential application value in the field of complex mechanical equipment,however,due to the limitations of the difficulty of dynamic constraints processing and the huge scale of dynamic optimization iterative computation,dynamic response optimization design has not yet formed a theoretically complete,efficient and practical research system.At present,scholars at home and abroad mainly adopt three optimization methods:static optimization design under extreme load,direct dynamic response optimization,and dynamic optimization based on Equivalent Static Load Method(ESLM),which mainly solve the optimization of simple structures,and severely restrict the application and development of dynamic response optimization technology in engineering practice.In view of the above shortcomings,a comparative analysis of the above three dynamic response optimization methods is carried out in the paper with the diesel engine connecting rod as the research object,and the results show that:the static optimization design for extreme working conditions has lower optimization accuracy due to the influence of structural mass and inertia not being taken into account;the two kinds of dynamic optimization results are improved by 3.1%compared with the static optimization;moreover,the computation time of the dynamic response optimization based on the Equivalent Static Load Method(ESLM)is much smaller than that of the direct dynamic optimization.dynamic optimization,which is 11%of the direct dynamic optimization.The results can provide useful reference and guidance for the dynamic response optimization design of complex mechanical structures.
