裂纹联轴器—碰摩转子系统的振动特性分析

摘  要:对同时具有联轴器裂纹故障和碰摩故障的转子系统的振动特性进行研究。使用Solid Works绘制了系统的三维模型,利用Workbench平台,结合有限元方法对系统的振动响应进行仿真分析,在联轴器中添加椭圆形裂纹,模拟裂纹故障,并分析其对转子振动特性的影响。研究发现:当转子系统出现联轴器裂纹故障后,系统振幅增大;频谱图中出现了高倍频成分,其中2×倍频振幅较大;轴心轨迹随着裂纹加重,嵌套现象愈加明显。出现裂纹联轴器-碰摩耦合故障后,时域波形出现削顶现象;轴心轨迹图中内凹和多环嵌套现象逐渐加剧;联轴器存在本文设定尺寸裂纹时,频谱图中的成分变化与仅发生碰摩故障时相差不大;联轴器裂纹扩展到更大的一定尺寸时,频谱图中出现2×至5×倍频,各阶次成分振幅均有增大。In order to grasp the vibration characteristics of the rotor system with coupling crack fault and rub-impact fault at the same time,the vibration characteristics of this kind of system are studied.A 3D model of the system was drawn using SolidWorks,and the vibration response of the system was simulated and analyzed using the Workbench platform and finite element method.An elliptical crack was added to the coupling to simulate the crack fault,and its impact on the rotor vibration characteristics was analyzed.Research has found that when a coupling crack fault occurs in the rotor system,the system amplitude increases;High frequency components appear in the spectrum,with a larger amplitude at 2 times the frequency;As the crack intensifies,the nested phenomenon becomes more apparent in the axis trajectory.After the occurrence of a crack coupling rub-impact coupling fault,the time-domain waveform shows a phenomenon of chipping;The concave and nested multi ring phenomena in the axis trajectory diagram gradually intensify;When the coupling has a preset crack,the component change in the frequency spectrum is not much different from that when only the rub-impact fault occurs.;When the coupling has a bigger crack,the frequency spectrum appears 2×to 5×frequency doubling,and the amplitude of each order component increases.
