摘 要:良好的公共底座平面度是柴油机安装的前提,更是确保柴油机安全、可靠运行的保障。对于某型大功率柴油机,其公共底座安装面的平面度有着严格的要求。本文通过分析平面度误差的产生机理,设计了辅助工装,准备了测量工具及相关物料,优化了机组安装工序。在测量过程中,应用简便的水平仪法并采用最小二乘法进行误差评定。此外,还与激光仪测量结果进行了对比,以确保平面度误差控制在合理范围内,使平面度满足柴油机的安装要求。经过机组的长期安全、可靠运行验证,证明了该平面度测量及调整方法的可行性。Good flatness of common base is the premise of diesel engine installation,but also the guarantee of safe and reliable operation of diesel engine.The planarity of common base mounting surface of a certain type of high-power diesel engine is strictly required.In this paper,by analyzing the mechanism of flatness error,designing auxiliary tooling,fully preparing measuring tools and materials,optimizing the installation process of the unit,applying a simple level method for measurement,selecting the least square method for evaluation,and comparing the measurement results with the expensive laser instrument,so as to ensure the flatness error range and make the flatness meet the installation requirements of diesel engine.The feasibility of flatness measurement and adjustment is verified by the long-term safe and reliable operation of the unit.
