摘　　要：党的十八大以来,习近平总书记围绕党的建设制度改革,发表了一系列重要论述。其思想理论的生成逻辑包括马克思主义经典作家关于党的建设制度理论的继承和发展、改革开放以来党的建设制度改革的经验借鉴、新时代以来党的建设制度改革的创新性探索。习近平总书记关于党的建设制度改革的重要论述主要内容涵盖了党的领导制度体系改革、政治生活制度改革、党的干部选拔任用制度改革、党和国家的监督制度改革等诸多方面。新时代新征程进一步深化党的建设制度改革的着力点在于:以常态化学习制度保持党的先进性、深化干部人事制度改革、推进党风廉政建设和反腐败斗争的体制机制改革。其根本目标指向是提升党的执政能力和执政水平,以党自身的强大引领中国特色社会主义现代化强国建设。Since the 18th National Congress of the Party,General Secretary XI Jinping has published a series of important discussions on the reform of the Party’s building system.The generative logic of his thought and theory includes the inheritance and development of the Party building system theory,the experience of the Party building system reform since the reform and opening up,and the innovative exploration of the Party building system reform since the new era.General Secretary XI Jinping’s important discussion on the reform of the Party building system mainly covers the reform of the leadership system,the reform of the political life system,the reform of the Party cadres selection and appointment system,the reform of the Party and the state supervision system,and many other aspects.The focus of further deepening the reform of the Party building system in the new era and the new journey lies in:maintaining the Party’s advanced nature with the regular learning system,deepening the reform of the cadre and personnel system,and promoting the reform of the system and mechanism of the construction of Party conduct and clean government and the fight against corruption.Its fundamental goal is to enhance the Party’s governing ability and governance level,and to lead the construction of a great modern socialist country with Chinese characteristics with its own strength.
