摘　　要：土地革命战争时期,红军兵工厂发轫于井冈山,从修械所、军械处到小型、中型、大型兵工厂,始终伴随红军的发展壮大进程。这些兵工厂在敌人严密封锁、艰苦转战的环境中不断探索,较好地解决了人才、技术、设备、原材料短缺等问题,不断推进管理创新、制度创新、技术创新,实现了一些关键技术、设备、工艺从无到有的突破,技术和工艺水平不断提高,一定程度上满足了革命战争的应急需要,为中国共产党领导的军事工业探索了一条符合实际的发展道路。During the Agrarian Revolutionary War,the arsenal of the Red Army started in Jinggangshan,from the armory,ordnance department to small,medium and large arsenal,always accompanied the development and growth of the Red Army.These arsenals have been constantly exploring in the environment of tight enemy blockade and arduous battle,and have better solved the problems such as shortage of talents,technology,equipment and raw materials,etc.,they have continuously promoted management innovation,institutional innovation and technological innovation,achieved breakthroughs in some key technologies,equipment and processes from nothing to something,and continuously improved their technical and technological levels,and to a certain extent,they have met the emergency needs of the revolutionary war,and explored a development path consistent with reality for the military industry led by the Communist Party of China.
