摘　　要：中国共产党思想引领力是中国共产党的指导思想对广大党员干部和人民群众的思想、认识和行动所产生的一种定向、积极的非强制性影响力,这种影响力旨在赢得广大党员干部和人民群众对中国共产党及其政治主张的内在认同和自觉行动。中国共产党指导思想蕴含的三大内核是形成中国共产党思想引领力的内在根源和本质规定:以人民为中心的政治立场、实现每个人自由而全面发展的使命任务和认识世界、改造世界的科学世界观方法论,这三大内核分别规定了中国共产党领导人民不懈奋斗的初心、使命以及保证党实现初心使命的哲学之道,形成了中国共产党指导思想持续引领自我革命和社会革命的内在机理。中国共产党始终注重思想建党、理论强党,把坚持马克思主义指导地位和不断推动党的理论创新有机结合,始终坚持这三大内核的守正创新,始终确保中国共产党牢牢坚持以人民为中心的政治立场,持续追求实现每个人的自由而全面发展的使命任务,不断加强以科学的世界观和方法论为核心的能力支撑建设,进而从根本上确保中国共产党思想引领力的生成和形成,为持续成功引领和推进党的自我革命和社会革命提供思想条件和行动指南。The ideological guidance of the Communist Party of China is a kind of directional,positive and non coercive influence that the guiding ideology of the Communist Party of China produces on the thoughts,cognition and actions of the Party members,cadres and the people.This influence aims to win the internal identification and conscious action of the Party members,cadres and people on the Communist Party of China and its political views.The three cores contained in the guiding ideology of the Communist Party of China are the internal sources and essential provisions of the formation of the ideological guidance of the Communist Party of China:a people-centered political stand,a mission to realize the free and all-round development of every individual,and a scientific worldview methodology to understand and transform the world,they respectively define the original aspiration and mission for the CPC to lead the people to keep on striving with endless energy,as well as the philosophical path to ensure the realization of the Party’s original aspiration and mission,forming the internal mechanism for the CPC’s guiding ideology to continue to lead the self-revolution and social revolution.The Communist Party of China has always attached importance to strengthening the ideological education of Party members,arming the whole Party with Marxist theory and ensuring that Party members join the Party ideologically,combined the guiding position of Marxism with the continuous promotion of theoretical innovation of the Party,always adhered to the integrity and innovation of these three core principles,always ensured that the Communist Party of China firmly adhered to the people-centered governance position,continued to pursue the mission of realizing the free and all-round development of everyone,continuously strengthened the capacity support construction with a scientific worldview methodology as the core,so as to fundamentally ensure the generation and formation of the ideological guidance of the Communist Party of China,and pr
