摘　　要：中国新型政党制度是人类政治文明史上独具特色的一种新型政党制度,在世界政党制度中独树一帜并占据着重要地位。邓小平对中国新型政党制度和人民政协的发展作出了重大贡献,主要体现在:与时俱进界定民主党派的性质、地位和作用;科学阐释这一制度蕴含的比较优势;为这一制度未来发展指明方向;科学界定了人民政协的性质、作用和任务。邓小平对中国新型政党制度的创新性发展体现出了历史性与现实性统一、理论性与实践性统一、世界眼光与立足国情相统一,为新时代继续完善人民政协这一彰显全过程人民民主的重要平台提供了理论指导和实践依据。邓小平推动中国新型政党制度不断发展,开创了新时期多党合作和政治协商的新境界,对新时代新征程坚持好发展好完善好这一制度具有深刻的现实启示。A new model of political Party relations in China is a unique model of political Party relations in the history of human political civilization, and occupies an important position in the world’s political party relations. DENG Xiaoping has made significant contributions to the development of a new model of political Party relations in China and the development of the Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference, mainly reflected in: defining the nature, status and role of democratic parties as the times so require, scientifically explaining the comparative advantages contained in the new model, pointing out the direction for the future development of the new model, and scientifically defining the nature, role and tasks of the CPPCC.DENG Xiaoping’s innovative development of a new model of political Party relations in China reflects the unity of history and reality, the unity of theory and practice and the unity of the world vision and the vision based on national conditions, and provides theoretical guidance and practical basis for continuing to improve the CPPCC, an important platform highlighting the whole process of people’s democracy, in the new era.DENG Xiaoping promoted the continuous development of a new model of political Party relations in China,and created a new realm of multi-party cooperation and political consultation in the new era, which has profound practical enlightenment for the continuous development and improvement of the new model in the new era and new journey.
