摘　　要：深刻内嵌于当代中国改革开放波澜壮阔进程的生态文明建设,同时提供了其实践与理论层面上实现重大突破的现实机遇与潜能,并已为新时代第一个十年我国生态文明建设从实践到理论所发生的历史性、转折性、全局性变化所验证。党的二十届三中全会通过的《中共中央关于进一步全面深化改革、推进中国式现代化的决定》所作出的深化生态文明体制改革重大战略部署及其贯彻落实——聚焦“一个主题”、坚持“三个更加注重”、健全“三个体系”,既是一个以习近平生态文明思想为指引不断推进建设人与自然和谐共生的中国式现代化的实践创造过程,意味着贯穿整个过程的更高政治自觉、理论自觉与历史自觉;也是一个通过生态文明建设创造性实践推动习近平生态文明思想不断丰富发展的理论创新过程,使之日益呈现为一个兼具中国个性与世界普遍性的科学知识体系。The construction of ecological civilization,which is deeply embedded in the magnificent process of reform and opening up in contemporary China,provides a realistic opportunity and potential to achieve a major breakthrough at the practical and theoretical levels,and has been verified by the historical,turning point and overall changes in the construction of ecological civilization in China from practice to theory in the first decade of the new era.The"Decision of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China on Further Comprehensively Deepening Reform and Promoting Chinese-style Modernization"adopted by the Third Plenary Session of the 20th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China(CPC)made the major strategic deployment of deepening the reform of the ecological civilization system and its implementation-focusing on"one theme",adhering to the"three more emphasis",and improving the"three systems".theoretical consciousness and historical consciousness;It is also a theoretical innovation process that promotes the continuous enrichment and development of Xi Jinping Thought on Ecological Civilization through the creative practice of ecological civilization construction,making it increasingly present as a scientific knowledge system with both Chinese personality and world universality.
