摘　　要：绿色生产力关乎绿色生产效能的潜能释放,是推进人与自然和谐共生的现代化的绿色底蕴和物质基础。对于绿色生产力的认知把握,要立足马克思主义科技自然力思想、中国化马克思主义科技生产力观以及人与自然和谐共生的现代化发展战略视阈,深刻发掘其理论基础,全面阐释绿色生产力的核心要义。其中,战略地位论、系统整体论、科技支撑论、目标指向论、生态民生论、世界愿景论构成了绿色生产力的核心意涵。对绿色生产力的发展路向,要深入探赜影响绿色生产力发展的因素,立基绿色生产力的实践理路,不断发展绿色技术,释放绿色创新的乘数效应;强化绿色发展政策支持,推进现代产业体系绿色化;推进绿色发展制度建设,筑牢绿色生产力的体制机制保障;坚持开放合作,共谋全球生态文明建设,建构完善的绿色生产力发展体系。Green productivity is related to the potential release of green production effectiveness,and it is the green foundation and material basis for promoting Chinese modernization of harmonious coexistence between man and nature.To grasp the cognition of green productive forces,we should base ourselves on Marxist thought of science and technology-natural forces,China Marxist view on science and technology-productive forces and the strategic vision of harmonious coexistence between man and nature,deeply explore its theoretical basis,and comprehensively interpret the core essence of green productive forces.Among them,the theory of strategic position,system holism,science and technology support,goal orientation,ecological livelihood and world vision constitute the core meaning of green productivity.For its development direction,it is necessary to deeply explore the factors that affect the development of green productivity,establish the practical logic of green productivity,continuously develop green technology and release the multiplier effect of green innovation;Strengthen the support of green development policy and promote the greening of modern industrial system;Promote the construction of green development system,and build a solid institutional guarantee for green productivity;Adhere to open cooperation,seek global ecological civilization construction,and build a perfect green productivity development system.
