摘  要:为研究恶劣作业环境对玉米收获机机架动态特性的影响,搭建试验平台分别对纵梁、横梁有裂纹的机架进行了对比试验。通过分析激励频率、激励幅值不同的激励振动下对裂纹机架振动特性的影响可知:当激励频率恒定时,纵梁裂纹附近各方向的响应振幅随激励幅值增加而增大,裂纹机架结构的非线性特性更加明显;当激励幅值恒定时,横梁裂纹机架结构的非线性特性随激励频率增加而减弱。试验结果表明,低频激励更容易激发裂纹机架结构的非线性特性,可为预防机架的疲劳裂纹扩展或结构疲劳损伤提供有效参考。To investigate the impact of harsh working conditions on the dynamic characteristics of the frame of a corn harvester,an experimental platform was established to conduct comparative tests on frames exhibiting both longitudinal and transverse cracks.The analysis of the vibration characteristics of these cracked frames under varying excitation frequencies and amplitudes revealed the following findings.When the excitation frequency remains constant,the response amplitudes in all directions near the longitudinal crack increase with the increase of the excitation amplitude,resulting in more pronounced nonlinear phenomena in the cracked frame structure.Conversely,when the excitation amplitude is held constant,the nonlinear characteristics of the frame structure with transverse cracks weaken as the excitation frequency increases.The experimental results indicate that low-frequency excitation is more prone to exciting the nonlinear characteristics of the cracked frame structure.This finding offers an effective reference for preventing the propagation of fatigue cracks or structural fatigue damage in the frame.
