摘 要:组织驻留记忆T细胞(TRM细胞),具有长寿命和非淋巴部位驻留特征的一类记忆T细胞,是参与二次感染防御的第一道防线,具有抗病毒免疫和降低病毒传播的作用。新型冠状病毒(SARS-CoV-2)持续变异和新冠后综合征可引发一系列临床症状,重者肺部纤维化影响长期生活质量,提高对SARS-CoV-2变异株的抵抗能力和降低新冠后综合征发生率是目前研究的焦点。TRM细胞与SARS-CoV-2感染发生和治疗紧密相关,但它们之间的病理生理机制仍待探索,此外研究该群细胞的形成途径和功能,对SARS-CoV-2疫苗设计具有十分重要意义。本综述讨论了TRM细胞的驻留性质、功能以及在SARS-CoV-2感染和新冠后综合征中的研究进展,以期提高SARS-CoV-2感染中对免疫过程的认识,探索新冠后综合征防治的新思路。Tissue resident memory T(TRM)cells are a class of memory T cells with long life span and nonlymphoid resident characteristics.TRM cells are the first line of defense against secondary infections in human.TRM cells can restrict the transmission of viruses as well as combat against viruses.Rapid evolution of severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2(SARS-CoV-2)and post-COVID-19 syndrome could lead to a series of symptoms such as pulmonary fibrosis,resulting in long-term fall in quality of life.Many studies focused on enhancing the ability to cope with the mutation of SARS-CoV-2 and reducing the incidence of post-COVID-19 syndrome.The relationship between TRM cells and SARSCoV-2 infection or therapy still remain unknown.It is significant to investigate TRM cells divergence and functions for the development of vaccines.We review the functions and residence properties of TRM cells,as well as their roles in SARSCoV-2 infection and post-COVID-19 syndrome.In this review,we are dedicated to deepen our understanding of the immune process in SARS-CoV-2 infection and provide a new prospect for the prevention and treatment of post-COVID-19 syndrome.
