摘 要:目的:系统评价孕早期体脂百分比与妊娠期糖尿病(GDM)的相关性。方法:检索中国知网、万方、PubMed、Embase、Web of Science、Cochrane Library数据库,检索时限:建库至2023年12月31日。收集有关孕早期体脂百分比与GDM相关性的中英文文献。采用RevMan 5.3软件及Stata 15.0软件对纳入研究进行meta分析。结果:共纳入文献10篇,包括7606例GDM患者和22793例正常孕妇。Meta分析结果显示,GDM患者孕早期体脂百分比水平高于正常糖耐量女性,差异有统计学意义(MD=2.93,95%CI为2.40~3.46,P<0.05)。结论:孕早期体脂百分比水平升高增加了患GDM的可能性,测量体成分中的这一指标并针对性进行管理可早期预防GDM发生。Objective:To systematically evaluate the correlation between percentage body fat in early pregnancy and gestational diabetes mellitus.Methods:CNKI,Wanfang,PubMed,Embase,Web of Science,Cochrane Library databases were searched.The search time limit:from the construction of the database to December 31,2023 was set.Literature on the correlation between body fat percentage and GDM in early pregnancy was collected in English and Chinese.Meta-analysis of the included studies was performed using RevMan 5.3 software and Stata 15.0 software.Results:A total of 10 papers were included in the literature,comprising 7606 patients with GDM and 22793 normal pregnant women.Meta-analysis showed that early body fat percentage levels were significantly higher in patients with GDM than those in normal glucose-tolerant women(MD=2.93,95%CI 2.40~3.46,P<0.05).Conclusion:Elevated body fat percentage levels in early pregnancy increase the likelihood of developing GDM,and measuring this indicator of body composition and targeting its management can provide early prediction and prevention of GDM.
