高压流量放大阀整机转向沉重故障分析与解决

摘  要:针对某款高压流量放大阀整机反馈转向沉重问题,给出了高压流量放大阀转向系统工作原理,在此基础上分析了导致转向沉重的可能原因,在整机调试中依次排查可能故障点,均未解决转向沉重问题。为锁定故障点,对该流量放大阀拆解和台架测试,拆解发现原阀PP孔深加工深度不到位,PP孔未与PP腔油道贯通,优先阀两端受力不平衡,导致转向沉重,故障排查后进行试验验证,研究结果表明:转向沉重的台架数据表现为转向流量不够;该次转向沉重故障发生的原因为PP孔未与PP腔油道贯通(即PP口孔深加工不到位),优先阀无法进行动态调节。Regarding the issue of heavy steering feedback for a certain high-pressure flow amplification valve,the working principle of the high-pressure flow amplification valve steering system is provided.Based on this,the possible causes of heavy steering were analyzed.The entire machine was checked for possible fault points in sequence,but the problem of heavy steering was not resolved.To identify the fault point,the flow amplification valve was disassembled and tested on a test bench.It was found that the original valve's PP hole had insufficient deep machining depth,and the PP hole was not connected to the PP chamber oil passage.The force on both ends of the priority valve was unbalanced,resulting in heavy steering.After troubleshooting,experimental verification was conducted.The research results showed that the test bench with heavy steering exhibited insufficient steering flow;The cause of the heavy steering malfunction was that the PP port was not connected to the PP chamber oil passage(the PP hole was not deeply machined),and the priority valve could not be dynamically adjusted.In the subsequent valve body engineering drawing design,the importance labeling of key through holes can be added to reduce valve body processing defects.
