摘  要:对于机器人产业的实践化应用型人才培养而言,传统的教学模式实验成本过高,安全风险较大,难以满足学生个性化的学习需求。近年来随着数字孪生和虚拟现实技术的发展,虚拟仿真平台已深入渗透至实验、实训以及教学等多个领域。本文依托Unity3D技术构建了机器人电机产线虚拟仿真教学系统。运用SolidWorks和Blender等专业数字孪生建模工具确保模型的高精度与真实感。数字孪生模型导入Unity3D环境中,形成用于搭建各种复杂且逼真教学场景的资源。通过先进的操控技术,用户能够轻松地对Unity3D中的场景进行细致调控,并模拟出PLC的运动控制过程,从而为学生提供沉浸式、互动式学习体验平台。For the practical and applied talent cultivation in robot industry,the traditional teaching mode features high experimental costs and significant safety risks with difficult to meet the personalized learning needs of trainees.With the development of digital twins and virtual reality technologyin recent years,virtual simulation platforms have deeply penetrated into multiple fields such as experiments,practical training,and teaching.This paper builds a virtual simulation tutoring system for robot motor production line based on Unity3D technology.Professional digital twin modeling software,i.e.SolidWorks and Blender are used to ensure high accuracy and realism of the digital twin model,which is imported into Unity3D environment to create resources for building various complex and realistic teaching scenarios.Through advanced control technology,users can easily tune the scenes in Unity3D precisely as well as simulate the motion control process of PLC,providing an immersive and interactive learning experience platform for trainees.
