摘  要:本课题以车内杯座注塑件为研究对象,在分析其结构工艺特性的基础上,采用一模一腔点浇口三板式模具结构,以确保产品脱模的顺畅性及表面质量。成型零件方面,采用组合式型芯与整体式型腔相结合的设计,其中型芯便于加工和维修,型腔保证了强度与成型塑件外表面质量。脱模方式选用推杆联合斜销推杆,有效解决了内侧抽芯及脱模难题。冷却系统采用直流循环式随形水路布局,提升了生产效率与塑件质量。同时,运用Moldflow模流分析对塑件翘曲变形量这一重要成型指标进行预测,结果表明最大翘曲变形量符合产品要求。该研究不仅为车内杯座注塑件提供了全面且可靠的模具设计方案,还为其他类似产品的模具设计与制造提供了有价值的参考和借鉴。This project conducts in-depth research on the injection molded parts of car cup holders.Based on analyzing the structural processability of the plastic part,a three-plate mold structure with one cavity and a pin-point gate is adopted to ensure smooth demolding and surface quality of the product.For the molding parts,a combination of a modular core and an integral cavity is used.The demolding method selects a combination of push rods and inclined pin push rods,effectively solving the problems of internal core pulling and demolding.The cooling system uses a direct current circulating conformal waterway layout to improve production efficiency and plastic part quality.At the same time,Moldflow mold flow analysis is used to predict an important molding index of the plastic part,warpage deformation.The results show that the maximum warpage deformation meets the product requirements.This research not only provides a comprehensive and reliable mold design scheme for the injection molded parts of car cup holders but also provides valuable references for the mold design and manufacturing of other similar products.
