某食品饮料企业蒸汽系统节能降碳措施研究

摘  要:许多食品饮料生产企业在生产过程中大量使用蒸汽,但其蒸汽供应与使用系统普遍存在能效低的问题。本文针对某食品饮料生产企业的蒸汽供应系统现状、蒸汽平衡情况及不同工况下的蒸汽产量进行了分析。结果显示,该企业的蒸汽系统在节能降碳方面存在诸多不足,尤其是闪蒸汽浪费严重,且现有锅炉的节能性能较低。基于这些问题,本文提出了两项针对性的节能降碳优化方案:一是闪蒸汽回收利用,二是采用高效燃气锅炉。经效益评估,优化方案预计可实现每年1325.41吨标准煤的节能,具有显著的节能效果和良好的经济性。Many food and beverage production companies consume large amounts of steam in their processes,but their steam supply and usage systems often suffer from low energy efficiency.This study analyzes the current state of the steam supply system,steam balance,and steam production under different operating conditions in a food and beverage company.The results reveal several issues related to energy conservation and carbon reduction,particularly significant waste of flash steam and the low energy efficiency of the existing boilers.To address these problems,two targeted energy-saving and carbon reduction optimization schemes are proposed:flash steam recovery and the adoption of high-efficiency gas boilers.Through a benefit evaluation,it is estimated that the optimization scheme can achieve an annual energy saving equivalent to 1,325.41 tons of standard coal,demonstrating significant energy-saving potential and economic viability.
