锥形磨浆机磨盘间隙调节控制系统的优化设计

摘  要:磨盘间隙直接影响着纸浆制备的产能,同时也影响着纸浆的叩解度。为此,为了提高纸浆磨的产能,使纸浆能达到合格的叩解度,自动调节纸浆磨盘间隙,变得极为重要。以某硅酸钙板生产线的锥形磨浆机为研究对象,阐述了锥形磨浆机的机械结构,结合生产工艺和工作原理,采用欧姆龙可编程控制器,威纶通触摸屏,配合施耐德变频器,完成了控制系统硬件平台搭建。根据锥形磨浆机磨盘间隙调节的控制逻辑,设计了磨盘进退刀控制程序。经过现场使用表明,本控制系统满足生产技术要求,操作简便,安全可靠,实现了锥形磨浆机磨盘间隙的自动调节。The mill clearance has a direct impact on the capacity of pulp preparation and also on the pulp knocking degree.For this reason,in order to improve the capacity of pulp mill,so that the pulp can reach a qualified degree of percussion,automatic adjustment of the pulp mill clearance,becomes extremely important.Taking the pulp mill of a calcium silicate board production line as the research object,the grinding disk characteristics of double disc pulp mill and conical mill are described.Combined with the production process and working principle,the programmable controller of Omron and the touch screen of Weinview,together with the Schneider Inverter,complete the construction of the control system hardware platform.According to the control logic of pulp mill gap adjustment,the control program is designed.After the field use shows that the control system meets the production technology requirements,easy to operate,safe and reliable,and realizes the automatic adjustment of pulp mill gap.
