摘　　要：随着中国经济的迅猛发展和资本市场的日益成熟,其健康与规范程度直接关系到国家经济的稳定与繁荣。散户作为股市的重要参与者,其投资行为、心理预期及市场反应,对于股市的规范化进程具有不可忽视的影响。本文通过分析当前股市中投资者的机构,并且介绍散户在市场的交易特点,从而引出散户对于股票市场的影响,旨在深入探讨中国散户的行为模式及其影响因素,以期为股市规范化发展提供新的思路和方法,更好地理解市场运作的微观机制,为股市的健康发展提供有力的理论支撑和实践指导。With the rapid development of the Chinese economy and the increasing maturity of the capital market,its health and standardization are directly related to the stability and prosperity of the national economy.As important participants in the stock market,individual investors'investment behavior,psychological expectations,and market reactions have an undeniable impact on the standardization process of the stock market.This article analyzes the institutional structure of investors in the current stock market and introduces the trading characteristics of retail investors in the market,in order to explore the influence of retail investors on the stock market.The aim is to delve into the behavior patterns and influencing factors of Chinese retail investors,in order to provide new ideas and methods for the standardized development of the stock market,better understand the micro mechanisms of market operation,and provide strong theoretical support and practical guidance for the healthy development of the stock market.
