摘　　要：研究生导师在高等教育中扮演着至关重要的角色,其专业素质和指导能力直接影响研究生的培养质量。为提升导师队伍整体水平,探索建立基于研究生导师学院的终身制培训体系具有重要意义。其通过构建系统化、持续性的培训机制,促进导师专业发展,提高指导能力,从而推动研究生教育质量的全面提升。研究分析了当前导师培训中存在的问题,提出了终身制培训体系的构建思路和实施策略,并探讨了保障措施。研究结果对完善研究生导师培训体系,提高研究生培养质量具有一定的理论和实践价值。Graduate supervisors play a crucial role in higher education,and their professional qualities and guiding abilities directly affect the quality of graduate student cultivation.To improve the overall level of the supervisor team,it is of great significance to explore and establish a lifelong training system based on the graduate supervisor academy.By constructing a systematic and continuous training mechanism,it can promote the professional development of supervisors and improve their guiding abilities,thereby comprehensively enhancing the quality of graduate education.This study analyzes the existing problems in current supervisor training,proposes the construction ideas and implementation strategies of the lifelong training system,and also discusses the safeguard measures.The research results have certain theoretical and practical value for improving the graduate supervisor training system and enhancing the quality of graduate student cultivation.
