摘　　要：研究围绕数字化转型背景下旅游管理专业学生数字素养的培育与提升展开,旨在探索通过优化培养体系、创新教学内容及强化实践平台建设,提升学生的数字技术应用能力。研究提出,通过设计与数字特征高度适配的培养体系,构建系统性、数字化的教学与实训体系,以培养学生的数据处理、技术操作和数字化运营管理等核心能力,为旅游管理专业数字人才的培养提供理论支持和实践路径。The research focuses on the enhancement of digital competence among tourism management majors within the context of digital transformation.It aims to explore how optimizing the training system,innovating teaching content,and strengthening practical platforms can improve students'ability to apply digital technologies.The research proposes the design of a training system that is highly aligned with digital characteristics,establishing a systematic and digitalized practical training framework.This framework aims to cultivate students'core competencies in data processing,technical operations,and digital management.The study seeks to provide theoretical support and practical pathways for developing digital talent in tourism management programs.
