摘  要:为适应“双碳”目标对采矿工程专业本科生人才创新能力的要求,文章剖析了采矿工程专业在人才培养目标、课程体系、国际视野、创新实践与师资队伍结构所面临的突出问题,并以增强创新能力为导向,分别从人才培养模式、课程体系、师资结构、科研平台、国际育人交流和创新实践等方面构建了采矿工程专业本科生人才创新能力培养改革路径,以加快复合型、创新型采矿工程专业人才的培养速度,助力我国“双碳”目标的实现。In order to meet the requirements for the innovative capabilities of undergraduate talents in the mining engineering major in the context of the"dual-carbon"goal,this paper analyzes the prominent problems faced by the mining engineering major in terms of talent training objectives,curriculum system,international perspective,innovative practice,and the structure of the teaching staff.Guided by the enhancement of innovative capabilities,it constructs reform paths for cultivating the innovative capabilities of undergraduate talents in the mining engineering major from aspects such as the talent training mode,curriculum system,teaching staff structure,scientific research platforms,international educational exchanges,and innovative practice.This aims to accelerate the cultivation of compound and innovative mining engineering talents and contribute to the realization of China's"dual-carbon"goal.
