信息化推动高等教育管理改革的思考

摘　　要：信息化可提升高等教育管理效率与决策科学性,能促进教育内容与教学方式的现代化,是推动高等教育管理改革及高质量发展的重要手段。但现阶段,高校在高等教育管理改革实践中仍存在信息化教育管理体制保障缺乏系统性、信息化教育管理结构仍不完善、信息化教育管理改革目标偏移、信息化教育管理现代化进程缓慢的问题。对此,文章对信息化推动高等教育管理改革路径进行思考:建立系统的信息化教育管理改革体制、完善信息化教育管理结构、矫正信息化教育管理改革目标、加快信息化教育管理现代化进程。Informatization can enhance the efficiency of higher education management and the scientific nature of decision-making,and promote the modernization of educational content and teaching methods.It is an important means to promote the reform and high-quality development of higher education management.However,at the current stage,in the practice of higher education management reform,universities still have problems such as the lack of systematic guarantee in the informatized education management system,theimperfect structureof informatized education management,the deviation of the reform goals of informatized education management,and the slow modernization process of informatized education management.In response to this,this paper reflects on the path of promoting higher education management reform by informatization:establishing a systematic reform system for informatized education management,improving the structure of informatized higher education management,correcting the reform goals of informatized higher education management,and accelerating the modernization process of informatized higher education management.
