摘  要:乡村基础设施建设在乡村振兴中占据关键地位,迫切需要具备相关知识和技能的专业人才。文章提出在农林高校设立“乡村基建”微专业的构想,并通过对乡村居民的问卷调查,深入分析乡村各类土建工程的社会需求。在此基础上,文章围绕学生能力培养,重组了“乡村基建”微专业人才知识体系,并推进专业深度融合,制定了“乡村基建”微专项人才培养方案。依托农林高校土木工程和水利工程等相关专业设置“乡村基建”微专业,是培养乡村基建人才的有效途径,能够为我国乡村振兴源源不断地输送专业人才,具有重要的现实意义和推广价值。Rural infrastructure plays a key role in rural revitalization and urgently requires professionals with relevant knowledge and skills.This paper proposes the establishment of a"Rural Infrastructure"micro-major at agricultural and forestry universities.Through a survey of rural residents,it thoroughly analyzes the social demand for various civil engineering projects in rural areas.On this basis,focusing on the cultivation of students'abilities,the knowledge system of rural infrastructure special talents has been reorganized,and the deep integration of majors has been promoted,and a training plan for rural infrastructure special talents has been formulated.Establishing a"rural infrastructure"micro-major,leveraging the relevant disciplines of civil engineering and water conservancy engineering in agricultural and forestry universities,represents an effective approach to cultivating talents for rural infrastructure.This initiative holds significant practical implications and promotional value in continuously providing professional expertise to support China's rural revitalization endeavors.
