摘 要:碳点具有良好的生物相容性和优异的荧光特性。近红外荧光具有深的组织穿透能力,能有效避免细胞自身荧光的背景干扰。本研究通过氮、硫掺杂的方式,制备了全可见光区域具有荧光发射的近红外荧光碳点,并利用透射电镜、原子力显微镜、X射线光电子能谱、傅里叶变换红外光谱、紫外-可见光谱和荧光光谱等多种手段对合成的近红外碳点进行表征。结果表明,所制备的近红外碳点的尺寸在1-2nm,表面含有丰富的含氧基团。氮、硫掺杂改善了碳点的光学特性,所制备的碳点在近红外区域具有较好的荧光性质,体现了掺杂元素对碳点结构及其电子特性的积极影响。这种全可见光区域具有荧光发射的近红外荧光碳点对于实现碳点在生物成像和光热治疗等领域的高效应用具有重要意义。Carbon dots have good biocompatibility and exhibit excellent fluorescence property.Near-infrared fluorescence penetrates deep tissues and successfully avoids background interference from cell fluorescence.In this study,NIR fluorescent carbon dots with fluorescence emission in the entire visible region are prepared by nitrogen and sulfur doping.The synthesized NIR carbon dots are characterized by using transmission electron microscopy,atomic force microscopy,X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy,Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy,UV-vis spectroscopy,and fluorescence spectroscopy.The results demonstrate that the synthesized NIR carbon dots are 1-2 nm in size.Large amounts of oxygenated functional groups are introduced onto the surface of the carbon dots.Nitrogen and sulfur doping can improve the optical characteristics of carbon dots,and the prepared carbon dots exhibit superior fluorescence property in the near infrared region,indicating that doping elements have a favorable impact on the structure and electronic properties of carbon dots.This kind of NIR carbon dots with fluorescence emission in the entire visible region possess great significance in realizing the efficient application of carbon dots in the fields of bio-imaging and photo-thermal therapy.
