摘 要:为开发耐高温高效过滤材料,以聚四氟乙烯与聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PTFE-PET)覆膜针刺毡为基材,利用N-N-二甲基甲酰胺/无水氯化锂(DMF/LiCl)为溶剂溶解芳纶(PMIA)纤维,并向溶液中加入纳米二氧化硅(SiO2)和碳纳米管(CNTs)制成PMIA复合纺丝液,通过静电纺丝技术制备了PMIA/PTFE-PET复合过滤材料,并探究了PMIA/PTFE-PET过滤材料的力学性能、硬挺度、透气性能、热稳定性能、过滤性能等。测试结果表明:PMIA/PTFE-PET复合过滤材料具有良好的过滤性能,对0.3μm颗粒物的过滤效率达到99.97%以上;且具有良好的热稳定性,初始分解温度从382℃增加到415℃。此外,PMIA/PTFE-PET复合过滤材料的断裂强度从20.00 MPa增加到27.45 MPa,展现出良好的应用前景。In order to develop high-temperature resistant and high-efficiency filter materials,aramid(PMIA)/PTFE-PET composite filter materials were prepared by electrospinning technology using N-N-dimethylformamide/anhydrous lithium chloride(DMF/LiCl)as the solvent with the addition of nano-silica(SiO2)and carbon nanotubes(CNTs)to form PMIA composite spinning solution,accompanied with PTFE-PET needle punched nonwoven as the substrate.The mechanical properties,stiffness,air permeability,thermal stability and filtration performance of PMIA/PTFE-PET filter materials were explored.The results show that the PMIA/PTFE-PET composite filter materials exhibit good filtration performance,with the filtration efficiency of over 99.97%for 0.3μm particles.It also has good thermal stability,with the initial decomposition temperature increasing from 382°C to 415°C.Additionally,the breaking strength of the PMIA/PTFE-PET composite filter materials increased from 20.00 MPa to 27.45 MPa,showing good application prospects.
