摘 要:为符合绿色环保的发展趋势,使用天然胭脂虫染料,运用直接染色法对蚕丝和锦纶进行染色。首先,设置单因素实验探究了胭脂虫红天然染料的稳定性。其次,通过研究染色温度,染色时间,染色pH和染料浓度对胭脂虫红染料上染蚕丝和锦纶织物染色性能的影响,初步探究了两种织物的染色工艺条件。结果表明:胭脂虫染料上染蚕丝织物最佳工艺条件为:染色温度为50℃,染色时间为70min,pH为3;锦纶织物的最佳工艺条件:染色温度70℃,染色时间为80min,pH为5。当染料浓度达到50%时,蚕丝织物和锦纶织物拥有最高的得色量。最后,对染色织物进行性能测试后发现:染色后的蚕丝织物和锦纶织物各项色牢度优良,可以达到4级以上。锦纶织物在染色后拥有抗氧化性能可达63.21%,远高于蚕丝织物的抗氧化性能13.52%。In order to align with the prevailing paradigm of environmentally conscious manufacturing,natural cochineal dyes are employed to impart colour to silk and nylon through the direct dyeing process.The objective of the preliminary experiment was to ascertain the stability of the natural carmine dye.Secondly,the effects of dyeing temperature,dyeing time,dyeing pH and dye concentration on the dyeing performance of silk and nylon fabrics dyed on cochineal dye were investigated,and the dyeing process conditions of the two fabrics were initially explored.The results demonstrated that the optimal conditions for dyeing silk fabrics with cochineal dye were as follows:dyeing temperature 50°C,dyeing time 70 min,pH 3.The optimal process conditions for nylon fabrics were:dyeing temperature 70°C,dyeing time 80 min,pH 5.When the dye concentration reaches 50%,silk fabrics and nylon fabrics have the highest color yield.Subsequently,the colour fastness of the dyed silk and nylon fabrics was evaluated through a performance test.The results demonstrated that both fabrics exhibited excellent colour fastness,with grades exceeding 4.Additionally,the oxidation resistance of nylon fabrics was found to be significantly higher than that of silk fabrics,with an oxidation resistance of up to 63.21%compared to 13.52%for silk fabrics.
