云母/聚芳酯纳米纤维复合纸的制备与性能研究

摘  要:通过熔融纺丝-机械解离混合工艺,将云母片与自制液晶聚芳酯纳米纤维复合制得云母/聚芳酯纳米纤维复合纸,研究其微观形貌、透光性、吸水性、热收缩率、阻燃性,并在相同测试条件下与商业云母纸进行对比。结果表明:相较于商业云母纸,制得的云母/聚芳酯纳米纤维复合纸更薄、表面缺陷更小、结合更为紧密,表现出高致密性、高均匀性等特点。同时,云母/聚芳酯纳米纤维复合纸还具有优异的阻燃性、热稳定性以及低吸水率,明火不燃,离火迅速自熄,在400℃以内2.5 h收缩率仅为9.75%,常温下吸水率仅为8.11%。Mica/polyarylate nanofiber composite paper is prepared by compounding mica flakes with self-made liquid crystal polyarylate nanofibers through modern papermaking technology.The microscopic morphology,light transmittance,mechanical properties,water absorption,thermal shrinkage rate,and flame retardancy are studied and compared with commercial mica paper under the same test conditions.The results show that compared with commercial mica paper,the prepared mica/polyarylate nanofiber composite paper is thinner,has smaller surface hole defects,and is more tightly bonded,showing characteristics such as high density and high uniformity.At the same time,the mica/polyarylate nanofiber composite paper also has excellent flame retardancy,thermal stability,and low water absorption rate.It does not burn in an open flame and extinguishes itself quickly when the flame is removed.The shrinkage rate is only 9.75%within 2.5 hours at 400°C,and the water absorption rate at room temperature is only 8.11%.
