摘 要:近年来,导电复合材料发展迅速,具有导电性较好、力学性能突出等优势,在众多领域得到了广泛应用。3D打印技术具有操作简单、一体成型等优势,利用3D打印技术制备导电复合材料能够简化制备流程,为导电复合材料的发展提供了全新的方向,从而极大的拓展了导电复合材料的应用范围。首先介绍了用于制备导电复合材料的各类导电填料和可用于导电复合材料制备的3D打印技术,其次,介绍了3D打印导电复合材料的应用,最后点明了当前3D打印导电复合材料面料的问题,为3D打印导电复合材料的发展提出了改进方向。In recent years,conductive composites have been developing at a rapid pace.Endowed with favorable electrical conductivity and prominent mechanical properties,they have found extensive applications in a wide range of fields.3D printing technology,featuring simple operation and integral forming capabilities,provides a novel avenue for the advancement of conductive composites by streamlining the preparation procedures,thereby substantially broadening the application scope of such composites.To begin with,diverse conductive fillers utilized in the fabrication of conductive composites and 3D printing techniques applicable to the production of conductive composites are introduced.Subsequently,the applications of 3D printed conductive composites are expounded.Eventually,the existing issues concerning 3D printed conductive composite fabrics are identified,suggesting directions for improvement in the development of 3D printed conductive composites.
