摘 要:固液预混合机是纺织工业的关键工业设备,用于将固体和液体充分混合,实现均匀分散,在化工、食品、制药等多个行业中具有广泛应用。实验研究了一种卧式固液预混合机的性能优化。采用圆柱形夹套结构,通过调整搅拌桨叶、物料喂入方式和转速等参数,分析其混合效果。结果表明:桨叶喂入易因高填充率下的离心力导致喷嘴堵塞,可通过调整间隙和增加挡板来改善。螺旋喂入能显著提升混合均匀度,尽管功率需求较高,但有助于充分混合。提升转速减少混合电流,降低功率消耗。进一步通过取消桨叶隔圈和增加密度,提高了混合效率和出料速度。为卧式固液预混合机结构设计和操作优化提供了参考。A solid-liquid pre-mixer is a key industrial device in the textile industry,used to thoroughly mix solids and liquids to achieve uniform dispersion.It is widely applied across various sectors,including chemical,food,and pharmaceutical industries.The performance optimization of a horizontal solid-liquid premix mixer was studied experimentally.Utilizing a cylindrical jacketed structure,the study analyzes mixing effects by adjusting parameters such as the design of stirring blades,material feeding method,and rotation speed.Results indicate that blade feeding tends to cause nozzle clogging due to centrifugal force under high filling rates,which can be mitigated by adjusting the gap and adding baffles.Spiral feeding significantly improves mixing uniformity,albeit with higher power requirements,but it promotes thorough mixing.Increasing the rotation speed reduces mixing current,thus lowering power consumption.Further optimization,including the removal of blade spacers and increasing blade density,enhanced mixing efficiency and discharge speed.It provides a reference for the structure design and operation optimization of horizontal solid-liquid premix.
