摘  要:电致发光(Electroluminescence,EL)技术因其在照明、显示及传感等多个领域的广泛应用,已引起了众多研究者的高度关注。随着可穿戴电子设备市场的迅速扩张,探索新型材料并开发低成本、高生产效率的方法,实现高性能电致发光器件已成为当前研究的重要热点。结合近年来柔性可穿戴交流电致发光器件在光照显示、发光预警、时装等领域的前沿研究,对发光器件的结构设计、制作工艺及性能提升进行了系统性的分类综述与深入分析。同时,也对柔性交流电致发光器件未来的发展方向进行了展望。Electroluminescence(EL)technology has attracted the attention of many researchers because of its wide applications in lighting,display and sensing.With the rapid expansion of the wearable electronic device market,exploring new materials and developing low-cost,high production efficiency methods to achieve highperformance electroluminescent devices has become an important research focus.The structure design,manufacturing process and performance improvement of flexible wearable alternating current electroluminescent devices are systematically reviewed and analyzed in combination with recent cutting-edge research in the fields of lighting display,information interaction,intelligent wearing,visual sensing and fashion decoration.At the same time,the future development direction of flexible alternating current electroluminescent devices is also prospected.
