摘　　要：目的:探究新医改缓解公众“看病难、看病贵”焦虑程度的效果。方法:基于2010年和2021年中国综合社会调查(CGSS)两期混合截面数据,采用描述性分析探究公众“看病难、看病贵”的焦虑变化情况及其影响因素。结果:相较2010年,2021年公众对“看病难、看病贵”的担忧程度明显下降,弱势群体对“看病难、看病贵”担忧程度的下降幅度更大,医疗公平性有所提升;但农村居民、中青年群体、低收入群体仍对“看病难、看病贵”表现出较大的担忧,经济因素仍是影响公众医疗焦虑的重要障碍。结论:继续优化新医改政策,缩小城乡差异,加大对低收入群体的支持力度,着力解决公众的“看病难、看病贵”问题。Objective To investigate the degree of public's medical anxiety about"difficulties and high expense in medical care"alleviated by the new medical reform.Methods Based on the mixed cross-sectional data of China General Social Survey(CGSS)in 2010 and2021,descriptive analysis was used to investigate the changes in public's anxiety about"difficulties and high expense in medical care"and its influencing factors.Results Compared with 2010,the public's anxiety about"difficulties and high expense in medical care"showed a significant downward trend in 2021,with a greater decrease in vulnerable groups and an increase in medical fairness.However,rural residents,middle-aged and young people,and low-income groups still showed greater concern about"difficulties and high expense in medical care",and economic factors were still an important obstacle affecting the public's medical anxiety.Conclusion It is necessary to continue to optimize the new medical reform policy,narrow the gap between urban and rural areas,and increase support for low-income groups,so as to solve the public's problem of"difficulties and high expense in medical care".
