摘　　要：消化系统癌症是我国最常见的癌症病种之一,具有发病率高、死亡率高、经济负担重等特点。尽管随着治疗手段的进步,患者生存率得以提高,但费用上升问题引发的经济毒性仍然给患者及其家庭带来了沉重的负担。对此,应从消化系统癌症患者经济毒性的相关因素及不良影响入手,在个人、医院、政府层面予以干预,包括加强胃肠道等癌症的早期筛查、控制慢性肝病的传播与发展、确定消化道癌症的风险因素、联合多部门合理决策等,不断降低癌症患者的经济毒性。Digestive system cancer is one of the most common cancer diseases in China,with the characteristics of high morbidity,high mortality and heavy economic burden.Although the survival rate of patients has been improved with the advancement of treatment methods,the financial toxicity caused by the rising cost of cancer diagnosis and treatment still brings a heavy burden to patients and their families.In this regard,it is necessary to start from the related factors and adverse effects of financial toxicity of digestive system cancer patients in China,and intervene at the level of individuals,hospitals,and the government,including strengthening the early screening of gastrointestinal tract cancers,controlling the spread and development of chronic liver diseases,identifying the risk factors of digestive tract cancers,and combining multi-departmental and rational decision-making,so as to continually reduce the financial toxicity of cancer patients.
