摘　　要：目的:对广东省21个地市中医医疗服务价格进行比较分析,为完善中医医疗服务价格体系提供建议。方法:收集广东省21个地市中医医疗服务项目可比价格,利用变异系数、技术难度、风险程度等指标,从年度、地市和项目等不同维度比较中医医疗服务价格。结果:广东省中医医疗服务价格存在调整不充分、项目价格与经济发展水平不匹配、地市间中医医疗服务价格差距大、中医技术劳务价值在价格上难以体现等问题,影响中医技术的传承与创新、医保支付方式改革的推进以及卫生资源配置的公平性。结论:缺乏符合中医特点的价格形成机制、动态调整机制、协商共调机制,是广东省中医医疗服务价格问题的主要原因;建议从定价机制、价格调整机制、区域协商共调机制等方面协同推进改革,逐步健全中医医疗服务价格体系。Objective To compare and analyze the medical service prices of traditional Chinese medicine in 21 municipalities in Guangdong Province,and to provide suggestions for improving the medical service price system of traditional Chinese medicine.Methods By coefficient of variation,technical difficulty,risk degree and other indicators,the medical service prices of traditional Chinese medicine were compared in different dimensions,such as year,municipality and item.Results In traditional Chinese medicine in Guangdong Province,there were some problem,such as insufficient adjustment of medical service prices,mismatch between item prices and economic development level,large price differences in traditional Chinese medicine medical services among municipalities,and difficulty in reflecting the value of traditional Chinese medicine technical labor services in prices,which affected the inheritance and innovation of traditional Chinese medicine technology,the promotion of medical insurance payment reform,and the fairness of health resource allocation.Conclusion The main reasons for the problems of the medical service prices of traditional Chinese medicine in Guangdong Province are the lack of price formation mechanisms,dynamic adjustment mechanisms,and negotiation and co-adjustment mechanisms.It is recommended to promote the reform in concert with the pricing mechanism,price adjustment mechanism,and regional consultation and co-adjustment mechanism,so as to gradually improve medical services price system of traditional Chinese medicine.
