芽孢杆菌挥发性有机物对番茄幼苗生长的影响

摘  要:采用盆栽试验,研究4株芽孢杆菌(代号分别为B1、B2、B3和B4)释放挥发性有机物(Volatile organic compounds,VOCs)对番茄幼苗生长的影响。结果表明:与对照相比,B1处理的番茄根长、茎粗、地上部干重、地下部干重、全株干重和叶片叶绿素含量分别显著提高了84.12%、25.18%、154.49%、93.75%、144.14%和36.31%;B2处理的番茄根长、株高、茎粗、地上部干重、地下部干重、全株干重和叶片叶绿素含量分别显著提高了115.96%、29.0%、23.41%、212.84%、106.25%、194.67%和65.32%;B3处理的番茄根长、茎粗、地上部干重、地下部干重、全株干重和叶片叶绿素含量分别显著提高了85.34%、28.71%、205.85%、157.64%、197.63%和51.84%;B4处理的番茄根长、株高、茎粗、地上部干重、地下部干重、全株干重和叶片叶绿素含量分别显著提高了113.08%、22.44%、31.76%、173.61%、79.17%、157.51%和40.21%。综上所述,4株菌株VOCs对番茄幼苗的生长均有不同程度的促进作用,其中,B2菌株VOCs处理对番茄幼苗的促生效果最好。研究为进一步阐明植物对微生物VOCs的响应机制奠定了理论基础。A pot experiment was conducted to investigate the effects of volatile organic compounds(VOCs)released by four Bacillus strains isolated(code B1,B2,B3 and B4)on tomato growth.The results showed that,compared with the control group,stem diameter,above ground dry weight,underground dry weight,whole plant dry weight and leaf chlorophyll content of tomato treated with B1 were significantly increased by 84.12%,25.18%,154.49%,93.75%,144.14%and 36.31%,respectively;the root length,plant height,stem diameter,above ground dry weight,underground dry weight,whole plant dry weight and leaf chlorophyll content of tomato treated with B2 were significantly increased by 115.96%,29.0%,23.41%,212.84%,106.25%,194.67%and 65.32%,respectively;the root length,stem diameter,above ground dry weight,below ground dry weight,whole plant dry weight and leaf chlorophyll content of tomato treated with B3 were significantly increased by 85.34%,28.71%,205.85%,157.64%,197.63%and 51.84%,respectively;the root length,plant height,stem diameter,above ground dry weight,below ground dry weight,whole plant dry weight and leaf chlorophyll content of tomato treated with B4 were significantly increased by 113.08%,22.44%,31.76%,173.61%,79.17%,157.51%and 40.21%,respectively.In summary,all the 4 strains VOCs had different degrees of promoting effects on the growth of tomato seedlings,among which B2 strain had the best effect on the growth of tomato seedlings.This study laid a theoretical foundation for further elucidating the response mechanism of plants to microbial VOCs.
