摘  要:工业大麻在世界范围内有着悠久的种植历史,是一种在许多行业中有着极高经济价值的作物。我国对工业大麻研究起步较晚,相较于美国、加拿大等国,我国缺少对工业大麻的系统、科学栽培技术。试验通过使用矿源黄腐酸钾对工业大麻进行灌根处理,从而得出能够促进工业大麻生长,同时提高其叶绿素、可溶性蛋白以及根系活力等指标的矿源黄腐酸钾浓度。在幼苗期对工业大麻根部灌施不同浓度矿源黄腐酸钾进行处理,并分别在苗期、快速生长期、始花期与成熟期进行全株取样,分别测定工业大麻的株高、根长、茎粗、全株干重鲜重及可溶性蛋白质含量、叶绿素含量、根系活力,并在成熟期测定工业大麻产量指标,通过与对照组相比确定最适宜工业大麻生长的矿源黄腐酸钾的浓度。结果表明:与对照组相比,灌根施加不同浓度矿源黄腐酸钾其各项生长指标与生理指标均呈增加趋势,其中施加300 mg·L^(-1)浓度矿源黄腐酸钾对工业大麻促生效果最好,工业大麻的株高、根长、茎粗及全株干重鲜重与对照组相比均有显著提高;灌根施加300 mg·L^(-1)也对工业大麻的可溶性蛋白质含量、叶绿素含量以及根系活力有着显著的提升效果,并且提升了工业大麻植株的产量。Industrial hemp has a long history of cultivation worldwide and is a crop with high economic value in many industries.However,due to the late start of research on industrial hemp in China,compared to countries such as the United States and Canada,China lacks systematic and scientific cultivation techniques for industrial hemp.It studied the method of using mineral potassium fulvic acid to irrigate the roots of industrial hemp,and obtained a concentration of mineral potassium fulvic acid that could promote the growth of industrial hemp while increasing its chlorophyll,soluble protein,and root activity indicators.During the seedling stage,industrial hemp roots were treated with different concentrations of potassium fulvic acid from mineral sources,and whole plant samples were taken during the seedling stage,rapid growth stage,initial flowering stage,and mature stage.The plant height,root length,stem diameter,dry and fresh weight of the entire plant,soluble protein content,chlorophyll content,and root activity were measured,and the yield indicators of industrial hemp were measured during the mature stage.By comparing with the control group,the concentration of potassium fulvic acid,a mineral source,that was most suitable for the growth of industrial hemp,was determined.Compared with the control group,the growth and physiological indicators of industrial hemp showed a significant increase trend when different concentrations of mineral potassium fulvic acid were applied by root irrigation.Among them,the application of 300 mg·L^(-1) concentration of mineral potassium fulvic acid had the best effect on promoting the growth of industrial hemp.The plant height,root length,stem diameter,and total dry and fresh weight of industrial hemp were significantly increased compared to the control group.Applying 300 mg·L^(-1) of root irrigation also significantly improved the soluble protein content,chlorophyll content,and root activity of industrial hemp,and increased the yield of industrial hemp plants.
