摘 要:犬ARF手术置管后进行透析治疗,通过使用ELISA试剂盒对采集的血液和透析液进行检测,以确定犬血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)及犬转化生长因子(TGF-β1)的含量,治疗完成后,采集各组犬的腹膜、肾脏及脾脏进行HE染色,观察腹膜及其被膜状态,测量腹膜及肾脏、脾脏被膜厚度。确定HES 130/0.4腹膜透析液对ARF犬的腹膜及脏器被膜的影响。结果显示:第6天与第1天相比较,试验组、葡萄糖组和盐水组在血清和引流透析液中的VEGF含量均呈现出明显的升高,具有统计学差异(P<0.05)。第6天与第1天比较,试验组和葡萄糖组血清中的TGF-β1含量显著升高(P<0.05)。葡萄糖组引流透析液也显著性升高(P<0.05),在第6天时葡萄糖组血清中VEGF和TGF-β1含量显著性高于盐水组和试验组(P<0.05)。各组犬壁层腹膜、脾脏被膜和肾脏被膜经HE染色后的厚度测量结果显示,试验组与葡萄糖组壁层腹膜均出现间皮细胞大部分脱落,间皮下有大量红色胶原纤维沉积,壁层腹膜呈现明显水肿、疏松及增厚现象;肾脏被膜纤维结缔组织均出现疏松水肿,有少量炎性细胞浸润;试验组及葡萄糖组腹膜厚度均高于盐水组,但无显著性变化(P>0.05)。结论:HES 130/0.4腹膜透析液对急性肾衰犬腹膜和脏器被膜影响小于葡萄糖透析液。Following catheterization surgery for acute renal failure(ARF),dogs underwent dialysis treatment,with blood and dialysate samples collected for the quantification of canine vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF)and transforming growth factor-beta 1(TGF-β1)levels using ELISA kits.After the placement of an arteriovenous fistula(ARF)in dogs,hemodialysis treatment was administered.Blood and dialysate samples were collected for the detection of canine vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF)and canine transforming growth factor-beta 1(TGF-β1)levels using an ELISA assay kit.After the completion of treatment,peritoneal,renal,and splenic tissues were collected for HE staining to observe the peritoneal and membrane status,along with measurements of peritoneal,renal,and splenic membrane thickness.The study aimed to determine the impact of HES 130/0.4 peritoneal dialysis fluid on the peritoneum and organ membranes of dogs with ARF.Results revealed a significant increase in VEGF levels in serum and drained dialysate of the experimental group,glucose group,and saline group on day 6 compared to day 1(P<0.05).On day 6,TGF-β1 levels in the serum of the experimental group and glucose group significantly increased compared to day 1(P<0.05),with a no-table increase observed in the glucose group's drained dialysate(P<0.05).Additionally,on day 6,the glucose group exhibited significantly higher VEGF and TGF-β1 levels in serum compared to the saline and experimental groups(P<0.05).Histopathological measurements of the peritoneal,splenic,and renal membrane thickness in each group indicated widespread shedding of mesothelial cells and substantial deposition of red-colored collagen fibers beneath the mesothelium in the experimental and glucose groups.The peritoneal membrane exhibited marked edema,looseness,and thickening.Fibrous connective tissue in renal membranes displayed looseness and edema with mild inflammatory cell infiltration.Although peritoneal thickness increased in the experimental and glucose groups compared to the sali
