摘 要:为分析产肠毒素型大肠杆菌(Enterotoxigenic Escherichia coli,ETEC)感染对小鼠肠道菌群的影响,选取若干ICR小鼠随机分为试验组和对照组,试验组采取ETEC-K88饲喂,而对照组给予等量PBS;48 h后将小鼠麻醉处死解剖取空肠内容物,进行16S r RNA测序及生物信息学分析。结果表明:ETEC-K88诱导小鼠发生腹泻后,菌群物种丰富度和多样性均受其影响。综上,ETEC-K88感染后显著影响小鼠肠道菌群物种多样性,小鼠肠道菌群的组成发生显著变化,为产肠毒素型大肠杆菌感染机理的研究提供了相关科学依据。To analyze the impact of the ETEC infection on gut flora of mice,a number of ICR mice were randomly divided into an experimental group attacked by ETEC-K88 and a PBS group as a control,and samples were dissected at the end of feeding for 16S r RNA sequencing and bioinformatics analysis.The results showed that ETEC-K88 induced diarrhea in mice,and the species richness and diversity of the bacterial flora were affected by it.In conclusion,the ETEC-K88 infection significantly affected the species diversity of the intestinal flora of mice,and the composition of the intestinal flora of mice changed significantly,which provided a relevant scientific basis for the study of the mechanism of enterotoxin-producing E.coli infection.
