摘  要:研究从大庆湿地6个沉积物样点中分离纯化了6株蓝藻,通过光学显微镜观察藻株的形态特征,并采用16S rRNA基因序列分析其系统发育关系,以明确大庆湿地沉积物中的可培养蓝藻种类。结果表明:所分离纯化的6株蓝藻中来自扎龙湿地的蓝藻ZLW-1隶属于盖丝藻属(Geitlerinema);来自连环湖的两株蓝藻LHH-2和LHH-3分别隶属于Ancylothrix属和微鞘藻属(Microcoleus);来自南引水库的NYS-5与席藻属(Phormidium)聚为一支,但其bootstrap值支持率为71%,很可能是未鉴定分类的新藻种,初步归属于Phormidium属;来自南引水库的NYS-3和NYS-4隶属于聚球藻属(Synechococcus)。综上,此结果丰富了大庆湿地为沉积物中可培养蓝藻的类群,为蓝藻的分类鉴定及菌种资源的开发奠定基础。Six cultivable cyanobacteria were isolated from six sediment samples in Daqing wetland.Their morphological characteristics were observed by optical microscope,and their phylogenetic relationship were analyzed based on 16S rRNA sequence for clarifying the cyanobacteria species in Daqing wetland.The results showed that ZLW-1 from Zhalong wetland belonged to Geitlerinema,LHH-2 and LHH-3 from Lake Lianhuan belonged to Ancylothrix and Microcoleus,respectively.NYS-5 from Nanyin reservoirs was grouped with Phormidium in phylogenetic tree,but bootstrap value was 71%.It was probably a new species of cyanobacteria that had not been identified.Therefore,NYS-5 belonged to Phormidium preliminarily.NYS-3 and NYS-4 from Nanyin reservoirs belonged to Synechococcus.This results enriched the resources of cultivable cyanobacteria in Daqing wetland sediments.It laid a foundation for the classification and identification of cyanobacteria and the development of microbial resources.
