摘 要:提出一种DMTO碱洗废液的碱回收及处置方法,先通过膜分离技术从废液中回收Na_(2)CO_(3)溶液,再依次采用催化氧化工艺、生物处理工艺和混凝工艺对剩余废液进行处理。研究结果表明,碱回收率可达70%以上,获得的Na_(2)CO_(3)溶液浓度为1.2%~1.7%,可在厂区内循环利用。催化氧化技术可提高剩余废液的可生化性,促使生化及混凝过程中有机物去除率增长,从而避免采用成本高昂的焚烧工艺。本技术不仅可实现废碱的循环利用,还可大幅降低吨水处置成本,减轻企业的环保负担。A new method was proposed for alkali-recovery and disposal of DMTO alkaline washing waste liquid.Na_(2)CO_(3) solution was recovered via membrane separation technology,and then,the residual waste liquid was handled with catalytic oxidation process,biological treatment process and coagulation process sequentially.The results showed that the alkali-recovery rate achieved more than 70%,and the concentration of Na_(2)CO_(3) solution was determined as 1.2%-1.7%,which could be reused within the enterprise.Significant-improved biodegradability,via catalytic oxidation technology,promoted the enhancement of organic removal rate in biological system and coagulation process,which could avoid the use of high-expensive incineration.Recovery of waste alkali and reduction of disposal cost,achieving through this method,would reduce the environmental protection burden of enterprises.
