摘 要:旨在探讨激光熔覆氮化硅(Si_(3)N_(4))涂层对3D打印钛合金性能的影响。通过优化激光熔覆参数,可以实现氮化硅涂层与钛合金基体的良好结合,形成致密且均匀的涂层。研究表明,激光熔覆的氮化硅涂层显著提高了钛合金的表面耐磨性。涂层的存在有效地减少了钛合金表面的磨损量,延长了材料的使用寿命。此外,涂层的熔覆也改善了钛合金的耐腐蚀性能,在一定程度上阻止了腐蚀介质对钛合金基体的侵蚀。通过微观结构分析,发现激光熔覆的氮化硅涂层与钛合金基体之间形成了良好的结合,涂层结构均匀,无明显的缺陷。The aim of this study is to investigate the effect of laser cladding silicon nitride(Si_(3)N_(4))coating on the properties of 3D printed titanium alloys.By optimizing laser cladding parameters,a good bonding between silicon nitride coating and titanium alloy substrate can be achieved,forming a dense and uniform coating.Research has shown that laser cladding of silicon nitride coatings significantly improves the surface wear resistance of titanium alloys.The presence of coatings effectively reduces the wear on the surface of titanium alloys and extends the service life of the material.In addition,the cladding of the coating also improves the corrosion resistance of the titanium alloy,to some extent preventing the corrosion medium from corroding the titanium alloy substrate.Through microstructure analysis,it was found that the silicon nitride coating deposited by laser cladding formed a good bond with the titanium alloy substrate,with a uniform coating structure and no obvious defects.
