摘  要:蒸氨是对高浓度焦化含氨废水进行预处理的重要手段,出产蒸氨废水的质量,关乎废水净化成本、生化处理负荷、外排水是否环保达标。以山钢股份莱芜分公司焦化厂蒸氨工程为例,针对蒸氨废水氨氮值超标、大幅波动等问题,对废水氨氮值的若干蒸氨塔运行相关影响因素进行了分析,并提出了混合加碱、增设反冲洗系统等工艺优化。通过此次改进,增强了蒸氨工段的运行稳定性,出产蒸氨废水能维持在低氨氮水平,为焦化废水深度净化奠定了基础。Steaming ammonia is an important means of pretreatment for high concentration coking ammonia containing wastewater.The quality of producing steaming ammonia wastewater is related to the cost of wastewater purification,biochemical treatment load,and whether the external drainage meets environmental standards.Taking the steam ammonia project from the Coking Plant of Laiwu Branch of Shandong Iron and Steel Company as an example,in response to the problems of excessive and significantfluctuations in ammonia nitrogen values in steam ammonia wastewater,the author analyzed several factors related to the operation of steam ammonia towers and proposed process optimizations such as mixed alkali addition and the addition of backwash systems.Through this improvement,the operational stability of the ammonia distillation section has been enhanced,and the production of ammonia distillation wastewater can be maintained at low ammonia nitrogen levels,laying the foundation for the deep purification of coking wastewater.
