摘　　要：为了提高焦炉煤气脱硫自动化控制系统的稳定性,对故障较多且难以排查处理的旧脱硫PLC控制系统进行改造。根据脱硫工艺、旧PLC控制系统的特点以及PCS7平台的特点和技术优势,设计了一套脱硫PCS7过程控制系统。目前该系统已成功应用于某厂焦炉煤气脱硫自动化改造项目中,相比旧的脱硫PLC控制系统,该系统的可靠性、稳定性和可操作性较高,系统故障率降低,起到了良好的自动化控制作用。In order to improve the stability of the automation control system for coke oven gas desulfurization,the old desulfurization PLC control system,which has many faults and is difficult to troubleshoot and handle,has been renovated.A desulfurization PCS7 process control system was designed based on the characteristics of the desulfurization process,the old PLC control system,and the characteristics and technical advantages of the PCS7 platform.At present,the system has been successfully applied in the automation renovation project of coke oven gas desulfurization in a certain factory.Compared with the old desulfurization PLC control system,the reliability,stability,and operability of the system are higher,the system failure rate is reduced,and it has played a good role in automation control.
