浅谈连续油管快速修井遇到的问题及解决办法

摘  要:SN地区主要目的层埋深一般在3 000~4 000 m,该地区的开发井以水平井为主,水平段长度一般为800~1 500 m。为了满足该地区水平井的投产要求,需要开展压裂后钻磨桥塞、过桥塞冲砂,小油管内钻磨、工具打捞等连续油管快速修井工艺。通过对水平井连续油管钻磨桥塞易卡钻、易自锁、桥塞碎片难清理,过滑套过桥塞冲砂通道小不易通过,连续油管小管柱钻磨铣排量小等问题进行系统研究,优化了钻磨、打捞的工具串组合,配套了防卡磨鞋、解锁振荡器、文丘里+强磁组合打捞工具,改进了小管柱修井螺杆钻具、球形喷嘴等工具,优选了低摩阻冲砂、钻塞液体系,较好地解决了SN地区气井作业施工中的难题。The main target stratum in the SN region is generally buried at a depth of 3000-4000 meters.In this area,development wells are primarily horizontal wells,with horizontal sections typically ranging from 800 to 1500 meters in length.To meet the production requirements of horizontal wells in the SN region,it is necessary to carry out continuous oil tube well repair processes such as milling bridge plugs,sand washing through bridge plugs after fracturing,milling with small oil tubes,and tool retrieval.Through systematic research on issues such as easy sticking and self-locking of continuous oil tube milling bridge plugs,difficulty in cleaning up bridge plug debris,small sand washing channels through sliding sleeves that are not easy to pass,the displacement volume of milling and drilling by small tube columns of continuous coiled tubing is small,the tool string combinations for drilling andfishing have been optimized.Anti-stick milling shoes,unlocking vibrators,and Venturi+strong magnetic combination retrieval tools were matched,the small tube column repair screw drill and spherical nozzle tools were improved,and low friction sand washing and milling plug liquid systems were selected,which effectively solved the problems in the construction of gas wells in the SN region.
